Meat

High proportion of Tasty Bake output is used in fish ands Chip shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants.
Tasty Bake sausages renowned for their quality and taste and not least for minimal “splitting” when being cooked in a deep fat fryer. Best results are achieved when cooking from frozen. Many of the UK top distributors include Tasty Bake sausages in their range.

  • Pork rind – must be free from pigs hair
  • Pork trim – with 50% lean meat, head meat or ham trimmings
  • Pork fat – back fat preferable, no soft fat
  • Ground chicken – not mechanically recovered
  • Bacon trim – can be green, smoked or mixed.

Fish

We are always looking into fresh chilled species as shown. Delivery C&F Heathrow airport. Minimum 500kg. delivery. Mondays morning at Heathrow. Deliveries required weekly.
