Pitta Bread

Pitta Bread is one of the oldest recipes known to man. It can be opened into a pocket and stuffed with any filling of your choice. Fill it with salad, halloumi cheese, dips, or a selection of different meats to create the perfect Mediterranean delicacy.

Our Cypriot-style pitta bread was produced to fill the gap in the market for an authentic Mediterranean tasting pitta. We achieved this by following an old family recipe using only the finest Cypriot and Greek flour. Tasty Bake's Pitta combines its traditional recipe with the newest cutting-edge food manufacturing technology, with production carried out in our purpose built state-of-the-art bakery.

The product was supplied initially to the take-away market as a fresh or frozen product; however it soon became apparent that the gap in the market also extended to the retailers. To ensure we maximised on this we invested further in a long life packaging machine to enable us to meet our customer's demands.
